The pros:

  • It is a great program if you want to get lean quickly with nothing but high-intensity cardio workouts.
  • It’s a nice program and enjoyable if you have a small group members
  • Not expensive -competitively priced considering you get high quality stuffs.

The cons:

  • You won’t get perfect hourglass figure with cardio workouts alone. You have to do full body workouts by lifting weight to get “perfect feminine shape”. Of course, there is a bonus core abs workouts for body sculpting, but I’m not convinced.
